Maybe he liked you and then went off you because you didn't give him a chance?
Who knows what is going on in his head.
If he is avoiding you and he friends tell you he doesn't want you to know his number then I think you are wasting your time.
Leave him and his crazy games behind and move on. Find a guy who isn't scared to actually be straight with you.
