ChiRaven agony auntExtreme diets like water only are not going to work. Assuming you've tried more sensible eating plans and are still having trouble losing weight, it's time to seek medical advice. there are a number of medications that can offer real help in a serious weigh loss program.

Do they work? You bet! I lost 80 pounds in six months and 125 pounds in a little over a year on such a diet, after my wife died. of course, I have a LOT of incentive ... I was obsessed with a woman at the time, and she was encouraging me to lose weight. Now men lose weight more easily than women do, but with the proper help it should be possible for you to drop that extra weight as well. And of course you will want an exercise program because without one your body will tens to sag in all the wrong spots.

See your medical care practitioner. This is a problem that can and should be addressed medically. "Will power" and strictly working with diet and exercise really just isn't enough for some people.

Don't worry too much about you're weight, hun.

Skipping meals can cause you to gain weight. Skipping meals regularly will not attract any guys. We don't like TOO skinny. Keep you're metabolism up, eat healthy and get some excercise. Remember, curve is good. If you want to loose weight, do it for yourself. The right guy will come along, and he's not going to look at you're weight.

Best of luck to you!
