We all get 'blue' periods in our life but usually within a a short period of time, we come out of it. That is human. If you have been consistantly feeling this way for a long period of time (several weeks/months)you may have depression problems. I would suggest you talk to your family doctor and he can help you get back on track. Perhaps take a look at the below link, and find out if your symptoms are that of depression.

xxxsoulsistaxxx agony auntThis is a common way to feel and we all feel it sometimes. You're obviously just one of those people who thinks a lot about things and that doesn't have to be a bad thing. It can sometimes get you down, though, the world isn't great all the time. But you have a lot to be thankful for and it's about time you started enjoying your life, you're only young!

I think many people end up feeling like this when they feel the world is passing them by and they are not contributing. Do you have a satisfying job? What about branching out, doing some courses and moving your career on? That will give you more confidence and some meaning in your life, an ambition, a goal.

Relationships? I know you say you have family and friends, what about someone special? I'm not saying you need this to be happy but maybe this is something you feel you are missing?

Whatever the reasons, you need to spend some quality time on your own working out what you can do to make your life more enjoyable and fulfilling. We all have times when we're down but to wish life away? That's really sad, we don't get long on this earth as it is, nobody should waste it wishing it away like that.

I really hope you find what you're looking for and start enjoying life to the full or you will look back on this time and regret these wasted minutes. You've wasted long enough already so get out there and find something to make you love life again! Good luck.

You are not alone in this world feeling like this. I am in a similar situation as yours. May be its that you are still trying to figure out how things really work in the outside world and not getting it as fast as you would want to. I believe it will take time and once you are there, you would feel much more comfortable with yourself and the rest of the world.
