 ok you need to build you confidence up and say to this guy how about we go out some time or just gradually get to know him 1 day say hi and ask how he is and the next do the same and ask what he has bin up to and the next ask what he is duin to moz nyt or sumthing like that and eventually ask for his number and then you start off as friends and then its up to you to ask him out or maybe he will do it first
