I need to get rid of my double chin. Any tips?

i would like to know is their any way to get rid of double chin or to lose that chubness you have on the face. i am not able to take a picture and the last one i took, i asked people and they said i look chubby. plzzz can someone help mee how to lose this fatness and double chin plzzzz im getting hurt and also how can i lose weight and get a six pac or flat stomach???

tigerlady agony auntHi..I too have a double chin, it has me worried till I met my new man, he loves me for who I am and for not what I am, it is on the inside that counts. Anyway, my advise is take the one that sent you the execrise, I too would like to do that, but, then again, I look at myself in the mirror and say 'hey I am beautiful' and if no one likes what I look like then they have a bigger problem themselves. Good luck okay. And remember this you are beautiful.

kenny agony auntgenerally excersise is the best thing for all over fat loss, including the facial area. Things like running, swimming ect.

There is a facial excersise i know of, and that is you tilt your head back so you looking up at the ceiling almost. Then strecth you bottom lip up your face as if you are trying to touch your nose with it. Do three sets of 50 to start with.

I found this excersise great for around the jaw line.

cd206 agony auntTo lose weight on your stomach you need to combine cardio exercise (at least 30 minutes three times a week) with stretches such as sit ups. As for the double chin there are two exercises I use whenever my chin starts to look a little heavy. In the first you give a really over exaggerated smile with your teeth together and return to normal position and repeat quickly as many times as you can. The other involves opening your mouth as much as possible and then closing it, repeating fast and as many times as you can. If I haven't explained them clearly enough please message me and I'll have another go!
