love is an emotion, not a decision. you are feeling rejected and hurt.
i think you should be the best friend you can and be very happy for her and find someone for you.

 you cant win your gf back if its not what she wants.
however if u truly love her, and hope for her back, then just always be there for her as a good supportive loving friend and maybe if she see's these qualities it may make her warm to you more.
however dont attach too much pressure else u wont win her back.
