 They can do. I live 80-odd miles from my guy at the moment, which isn't as far as yours but he works full time and I'm 6 months pregnant.
It takes a lot of trust and communication for a long distance relationship to work, especially if one of you goes for a night out or something. Me and my guy chat about everything, especially if one of us is going out with friends or something. We don't grill each other but let each other know what's happening and stuff.
If you really like this guy and are prepared to put the work in, both of you that is, then it will work :)

I don't think you are being silly but if you really want to meet this guy then you need to take a deep breath and send them insecurities away. We all have body hang ups. I hated my small boobs some days too before I was pregnant, now I hate the big ones I have as I haven't got a huge bump yet and guys perv. So I can't win.
This guy is not going to walk away because of your small boobs.
I met my guy in a chat room and we were both petrified when we met. We stood there for ages just looking at each other. But it was one of the best moments of my life!
Why not go shopping and buy a new top or something to wear when you meet him. I would suggest anything too low cut if your boobs make you that self confident.

I would not say you are being silly. as we all have insecurities about our body in some form or another.
There are alot of men out there that are not interested in a women with big boobs, and to be honest if that is one of their biggest concerns they are not really worth it anyway.
He likes you for your personality and that is far more important then the size of your boobs.
Just go for the meet and enjoy yourself, if he is decent enough he will like you as you come.
