 There are a number of issues I should address here. First off, women tend to like those men who do not like them back. Second, you seem rather positive that a relationship would be great between you two, but unfortunately you cannot fortell relationships unless you are DATING a person and are involved on an intimate level.
Now, my suggestion is telling her again how you feel and perhaps being a little bit more aggressive. She might like that you show a bit of a backbone. If she is still not interested, move on. There are other fish in the sea for you!
