writes:i really like this kid i work with he's so sweet and really cute.i feel like he's exclty what i need, we always talk but not about anything like that. We also go to the same college so i always see him but sometimes i get nervous so i dont say hi to him i really dont know what im doing does anyone have any ideas of what to do?

 your not doing anything wrong, its perfectly normal to be nervous around someone that you really like. You say that you always talk, next time you get into conversation with him ask him if he fancies doing something one time, something fun maybe.
