Not only she already has a boyfriend, but she sadly doesn't feel the same way you do. You have to realize that can't make a person love you, so pretty much the only thing left for you to do is just leave this alone.
So what's left for you is to appreciate that this girl sees you as her best friend, because this is what you sound like. Don't let your emotions overtake you and end a friendship that could last a very long time.
Is there a clear reason why you're unpopular with the girls? One thing that makes girls attracted to guys is confidense, and being nice does not suffice. Also, flirting helps a lot.
