 Ok so i know that it can be really scary to approach the subject that you like one of your friends to his face. You say he already knows but believe me he probably wont believe it until he hears it from you first. So you really need to get the confidence to talk to him about it. Ok so i know that it will be nerve wracking. Therefore take time out to think about what you are going to say to him, best preparation would be to write down a draft of what you would like to say to him then practice it in front of a mirror, if you are prepared on what you are going to say it will make you less nervous.
Now you need to be prepared for different scenarios if the worst came to the worst and he rejected you then you need to be prepared to take it and say to him well you wanted to be honest and that you want the both of you to remain good friends no matter what. Now dont let me freak you out thats just worst case scenario.
If you feel that you are just not able to tell him to his face then maybe you could write him a note and hand it to him. But just remember its best to be honest and tell him how you feel so go for it you have nothing to lose and so much to gain. Good luck sweetie.
