 I have the same problem with my bf of 2 years. He just can't stop looking at girls right in front of me... he checks them out and it bothers me so much and makes me feel like i'm nothing. I talk to him about it but he says I complain too much. hu??? Why would your own mate say something like that to you like it's no big deal. He looks at porn A LOT!!! Every day, and spends time browsing naked women. I've talked to him about it but he won't stop or listen =( what should I do??????

I love tacos al pastor and crave them all the time. I often wonder if food can be addictive. If I were to eat tacos al pastor every time I felt like it... I'd be as big as a house.
I go to the gym almost every day, reward myself with an occasional order of tacos... and eat other stuff that I love that isn't bad for you. I love fruit, for example.
In addition to just willpower, you should find something else that you love to do more than look at porn.

 If it is getting to the stage it is taking your time up and all you want to do is sit glued to the pc all night, then time to invest in porn blockers, get them on the pc and also make sure your TV is blocked from you accessing anything on there too.
Porn Addiction can ruin lives don't let it ruin yours.

Do you find yourself canceling plans to rush home and get on line?You need to look at your actions and decide if you have an addiction, or simply like to wack off at images of naked women. Some amount of porn can be healthy, overdoing it is not.Do some research and see what you think- I'd start with sexaholics anonomous...

reader, anonymous, writes (3 November 2009): You need to ask yourself why exactly do you look at porn? Is simply to masterbate, or to just fantasize and live in a sexual cyber world? I used to watch porn a lot and needed to watch more videos and pics to help get off. Finally my computer started crashing and I realized I need to stop looking at all this. If anything I would just watch one video or look at a couple pics, masterbate, then stop. You need to really start limiting your time. Dont completely stop looking cause that will just drive you more crazy. Realize that porn is just a fantasy online and its nice to live in a fantasy and escape for a while, but you need to start living your own life and not worry about sex or porn. Try to fill your time with something else and take your mind off it. Play some games online or research something you are interested in besides porn. Do anything you can to occupy your time and also benefit yourself.

 In my opinion, a partial solution may be to get a girlfriend and maintain a healthy sexual relationship. It may not eliminate your visual consumption of porn entirely, but real sex is much better and rewarding than fantasy.
