Hi, I recently asked a question about how I can overcome my trust issues with my current girlfriend, well we have spoken about it and we have decided for me to give her space while she is at university, but still stay committed, but the promise I have made to her, is to get help, I have my first counselling session at 2pm today to talk about my lack of self esteem and other insecurities. Can anybody recommend any other forms of help that would be easily available to me? As I am really trying to be the guy I once was.
