Work up to it. Say nice things about how you like chatting to her.
Then move up to swapping photos, and chatting on webcam if you can.
Once she knows you are who you say you are and not an axe murderer she might be more happy to meet you.

Then you can say that you find the conversations to be a particular highlight of your day and would be honoured if she would allow you to meet in person.
If she says no, then she says no.
