 Personally i don't think its that bad a fetish to have really, i have heard of worse ones. Im sure she won't get fed up with your fetish, just try to focus on giving other parts of her body attention from time to time. Use her feet to obtain your arousal, then slowly work you way up her body kissing & carressing her, she will love this, and realise you are not neglecting her other body parts.

 maybe talk to your girlfriend and see how she feels about it.if she feels it's a little annoying then maybe try and reduce the severity of your fetish or find something else to arouse you but if it doesn't bother her then take it from her that its ok with her and get on the two of you together.hope i helped :)xxxx
