 I was the exact same way man. To date I'm between 5.5 and 6 inches, which is fairly normal. But I hit puberty late so when I was 13 I had a pathetically small penis.
On the up side you can just wait it out for a couple years and it will work itself out.

Having said that, it absolutely the technique which pleasures a girl, not size (can't stress this enough, and talking from experience). Your friends will all be suffering from a crisis of confidence about the size of their manhoods, but they will no dount cover this up with humour (men!). The fact of the matter is, you should act confident and not let your friends know you are a little insecure.  Most girls i think will tell you that it is not the size of your manhood that counts but rather how you use it. If you meet someone and fall in love and they love you for you it really should not matter how big your appendage is.

 Size has nothing to do with pleasure. You really shouldnt let it affect you. It is the techniques that count. Also many guys just boast about their penis's being bigger then they are.Again remeber tecnique is key to it not size.Best wishes on regaining confidence

I do not think there is a such thing as too small, eventually you will find someone who you fit perfectly with so do not worry. Guys are always bragging about how wondeful they are, how big they are and so on none of the makes a difference when you are with someone who loves you and your small penis!
