writes: Right this is going too sound strange but i had my hair cut the other day and i had too much off so my hair is shorter than my usual medium length etc... My girlfriend loves my hair longer and swept over but yesterday she was acting as if i was a different person...She would hardly kiss me or anything, she would sit there turn her head and read a catalogue and put her hair down as if it were a barrier...She also kept trying too do my hair lol and kept saying ' i love your hair when its longer' and 'your hair has gone into shock' and 'it will grow back soon' and i was like :| slightly annoyed at her for caring n stuff....I dunno but i just felt as though she was different and quieter because my hair was slightly shorter! lol...i mean it will grow back soon, jeez! :P...

She's probably just not used to seeing you like that. She'll get over it, I'm sure of that. I've never heard of a break up cos of a hair cut! Dont worry about it, she'll get over it herself.
Unless you prefer it cut that way, in which case you might need to have a little talk with her:-O But if this is a one off, then it should be ok in a few weeks! Hope it works out

Perhaps give it a few days then ask her if she really does hate your new haircut. If she says yes, ask her why. If you catch her at a good moment you'll hopefully get an honest answer and you'll know what was going on.

I think she is just upset that it was a 'surprise'-sound like she feels she was highjacked/slighted.
That she was touching your hair still indicates her affection.
Don't worry over it; you're right it will grow back.

My boyfriend Ashley has his hair a lil bit longer than most and I think it adds to the sex appeal :p hes so adorable and this is the same for ur girlfriend, yes she still loves you and is attracted to you, but If your hair is the way she likes it then it makes her happy inside like it does me and shes more attracted to you.
But on your side, yes its your hair, your life and you can have it anyway you want, you have the rights to it, she doesnt, but if you wanna keep thibgs smooth and more sex lol then how about next time you cut it you cut it a little less, and go half way or something. And when your girlfriend does something you dont like, like cut her hair then do the same, see how she feels lol.
