 Just relax and let it happen in its own time. You can spend the extra five minutes just kissing and caressing her body and she'll probably not miss the fact that you aren't quite ready when you first set out.
If you continue to have trouble, don't hesitate to enlist the help of your gf with it. A little stimulation by hand down there, if she does it just right, can often help a lot too. I find that after my third or fourth go of the evening (thank goodness for Viagra!!!!) I need some extra stimulation before I'm ready again, and my gf has become VERY adept at giving me just what I need. But I had to tell her and show her ... it's NOT instinctive and what turns some guys on will turn others off and vice versa.
And by the way, you ARE seeing to it that you gf gets HER turn too, aren't you? She'll be a lot more sympathetic to your problems if she's getting off herself on a regular basis.
