 no special test is needed. his behaviour is telling you the answer to your question already. if he is not bothering to text you back, see you and he is treating you the same as every other girl then it means he is not really into you. if he was he would want to see you and would want to text you back because he would not want to run the risk of losing you,maybe to someone more attentive.
tip: judge a person by their actions - not by what they say.
i think you need to move on, coz it sounds like he doesn't want a relationship with you but doesn't want to hurt you by coming out and saying it
