I dumped him, now he makes out with me but he has a girlfriend, is he just using me?

I dumped this one guy about 1 or 2months ago and were friends now...and the reson why I dumped him is because I felt wierd around him.But now that I know him better I want another chance,but there is one little probleme.....he has a girlfriend now.Every day I get so mad at myself for letting him go.We hangout like all the time practically and we sometimes every once in a while have it just be me and him hanging out.His girlfriend doesn't know though that when she is not arround and me and him are alone that he kisses me and he calls that a friend kiss and then me him and a friend of ours (wich is a girl)were playing truth or dare (don't ask) and so anyways she is like I don't want to do this so she walks off and for 5min. me and him play I asked him truth or dare and he said dare,and so then I said I don't know what to dare you to do so I dare you to do anything to me (that is appropreit) and he said okay.Then he leans in and starts to makeout with me!Making out for him is a non-friend kiss.So that kinda freaked me out.And when him and his girlfriend started going out he asked me for a kiss by his house and it was the same day he asked her out and she said yes.So now I feel even worse.Please help me.I don;t know what to do.I need to know if he's just using me or really actually likes likes me or loves me.I would like help from men.
