you can't force someone to do something they dont want to. if she is not ready for a sexual relationship then she is not ready. anyway you seem too young for a sexual relationship!!!!!
i wouldn't just grab her hand and place it on your groin, that will spell for disater. the best thing to do would be for you just to say to her it may be nice if you touch eachother a little abit more and then if she seems ok wit that, then guide her hand to your groin. take it slow, let her just feel you on top of your clothes. it may get her abit more interested in what's under your trousers. but don't rush her. if she is not interested, then leave it be!

When you are kissing, take her hand and put it on top of your trousers so she can feel you.
If she pulls back and says to stop it then you are just going to have to stick to kissing.
If she is not ready then she is not ready. You are both very young so kissing is perhaps the furthest she'll want to go for a long time.
You'll just have to stick to doing it yourself.
