It really depends what was on the tape. If you were having sex, or were naked on that tape, then he may have an issue if he shows it to someone, or attempts to post it on the internet.Regardless if he is in the video or not, this would be just as bad as if he placed a hidden camera in your bathroom. There would be penalties, and possible jail time, if this is what indeed happened.On the other hand, if this tape does exist he would be stupid to show it to anyone or post it anywhere.Is the issue him having the tape, or him showing it to other people?The other thing to consider that if you where under 18 at the time, its considered Child Pornography, and the cops will come and lock him up for a very long time.

 If you can't trust him, he's not the guy for you, that is unless you are projecting a phobia of your own on the situation. Best get this sorted one way or another.

reader, anonymous, writes (29 November 2011): What leads you to believe he taped you and him? You just say its a fear but has he dropped hints of doing so? Is this a webcam issue?
Either way, ask him, confront him about your concerns. Just understand he may or may not give the truth.
If your worry persists, then stop having together moments.
Trust in your gut.
