writes: about two years ago, my mother got married to this nice man whom i like, and i call him dad. but my new step cousins r so rude. they say things and make fun of my facial hair, which i dont even have! as well as the children, this one aunt, is being so embarrassing! the other day, when i couldn't wax my facial hair, she said loudly, "you didnt wax your facial hair today." and because we are muslims, we're not allowed to talk about these things in front of boys or men, and she said it in front of the whole family. i went home and cried, and my mum wasn't happy. they say horrible things to my mum too. but they have accepted my brother, and he's an ideot. i'm sorry this is long, i'm just giving details. please help!!!

 You are going to have to learn how to ignore them. They are being rude to hurt you and the fact that your Dad (stepdad) doesn't do anything about it will only make them bolder IF you show any emotions.
Next time ANY of them bring up your facial hairs tell them you are trying to grow a full beard. That will shut them up. Once they see they can't hurt you, they might leave it alone.
Do you have to spend a lot of time with these people?
