 Firstly, do NOT move in with your bf, no matter what happens with the other guy. College is hard enough without having to deal with break up issues then.
I would suggest that you tell your bf that you want the both of you to start seeing other people. It sounds to be like your relationship is already over...you just do not have the guts to hurt him. Seeing other people might ease the pain when you do finally break up with him.
Otherwise, make a decision to committ to your bf, and stop cheating.

 Before you meet up with this guy have a serious think about who you want to be with. Meeting up with this guy again while still with your boyfriend is unfair on him. If you decide to stay with your boyfriend it may be a good idea to cease any contact with this other guy.
