You haven't given enough information here for me to comment but:
1. If this girl was just a mate, and you told your gf knowing it didn't mean any thing then your girlfriend has no right to say there is "no trust". You're entitled to go out and see your mates whenever you want.
2. If you went out on a "date" type setting with this girl then I can understand why your girlfriend doesn't trust you any more. Here's an idea: Invite your girlfriend out with you next time, she could get to know your mates and then she would start to trust you again.
