 I hope you ignore that first answer as that is totally unhelpfull. However it is questionable why you are getting yourself sexually excited at school?
Surely the easiest way would be for you to stop getting yourself sexually excited at school and then you would not have this problem anymore. On the other hand, if it is something involuantary then you cannot help that this happens to you.
I'm sure no-one will be able to smell it, you will only be aware of it and because you are conscious of it you will be getting paranoid about it when in reality no-one will notice. Try wearing a panty liner if you still feel bothered by it as this will help your underwear to stay fresh.

 I'm sure that nobody will smell it. You could take a body spray if you feel insecure about it. If you are worried then you could see a doctor but as long as you shower each day I don't think anyone will notice. X
