 I am sorry but nobody on here would be able to tell you if his feelings are the same for you or not, it is impossible to tell when you haven't even had a conversation with this man. Yes I can understand you feel like it is love at first sight but you are going a bit over board when saying you want to marry this man, at the end of the day you are basing your crush on looks alone, you need to get to know this man and see what his personality is like before you can make such suggestions.
Take it small steps at a time, start by saying hello to him when you smile at him, and build up your confidence slowly to talk to him. Just remember he is only another human being nothing terrible is going to happen if you start a conversation or ask him how he is.
