Yes, you should. Doing something as intensely sexual as a threesome if/when you really don't want to is a good recipe for relationship distress, either soon or long-term.

You can either say: I've done enough of 'em, I'm done, or, honey let's take a break for a while, I'd like to just have you alone. Either way, this is a valid topic for discussion. If your boyfriend wanted to pause or stop, he'd like to feel free to discuss it with you, wouldn't he, and he'd like to believe you'd respect his feelings, yes? He should be as willing to do for you as he'd like you to do for him.
