Fairy_Lu agony auntSweetie the main thing is that you relaise that something isnt right most people with an eating disorder dont tell anyone its there one dark secret,if you want to lose weight healthy and safely go and see your doctor and get referred to a dietician that way you will be put on a healthy eating plan and find what triggers your bad eating habbits the main thing to remeber is never skip meals cut out the bad foods and excercise for 30mins or an hour everyday.

bemused agony auntHi sweetie

The post from Mandy is excellent and tells it all. You are focused on your weight...it preoccupies you and the rest of life seems unimportant. That thinking process leads right into bulumia and anorexia. Neither of these are a walk in the park..both can be fatal land you need to reach out for help NOW. Sounds like your self esteem is low hun. There is more to you than your weight. I am assuming your parents are aware of your struggles and are there for you. Good luck hun.

Talk to your parents about this - do they know already how much weight you've lost? Did you just start becoming bulimic? Don't become bulimic - its dangerous and could get out of control...

Perhaps exercise or sport would be a good way to lose weight? Or you could just eat healthier foods? But first I would start eating again, without the throwing up...

Take care x x x

Hi Hunny

You said you have been trying to loose weight for 2yrs now, Have you just started to vomit? hunny are you eating then vomiting, Bulimia nervosa is when you starve yourself then binge eat and I mean you can eat a whole loaf of bread packets and packets of biscuits and much more and then feel guilt and feel the need to get rid of the food i.e vomiting or laxatives. Anorexia nervosa is when you starve yourself and even a little tiny amount of food eaten will make you feel bad and can give you a distorted image of yourself when you look in the mirror making you appear fatter than you are when really your size is tiny.

Now after saying all this the main worry is you get help Ive seen this close up with my best friend her skin looked like a crocodiles her hair fell out and she was so very sick she had to go to hospital as her kidneys failed and was on life support she recovered that time only to pass away 2yrs later, She was beautiful and she did not see it so please darling get some help from your doctor as you are so very precious message me anytime you need a chat TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU WITH LOVE AND HUGS MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
