You can use a technique simular to pelvic excercise. When you have a stiff penis squeez your bottom together and use your muscles to lift your penis. Do this as many times as you can whenever you can even with out a stiff penis it can help to gain stamina in the bedroom.
The worse thing with your situation is that the anal passage is much tighter than a vergina and so it makes you want to come quicker any way.
