Dude, I think u have this thing called genetic sexual attraction it's when you are born with a genetic attraction to your blood siblings. in some cases the other sibling has it too ( because of the parents genetic make up) and both the siblings form a secret relationship. Most of the time people start feeling this when going thru puberty stage of their life. That's when Hormones go crazy and people with this problem first start experiencing these feelings. I want to advice you to take a look at the incest laws where ever you are from and feel free to look me up on this site for any questions.
