 Seriously, you are wasting time by posting on here, we can not give you the advise you need, please speak to a doctor as soon as possible.
Any unexplained pain is a very bad sign and if it is getting worse you need to get help NOW!

This is something your doctor needs to look at hun.
It could be anything from an infection to cancer.
Get it sorted.

 it could be a number of things, honestly u need to get it checked out. nearly anything wrong down there is going to need some antibiotics, or some creams. it could be thrush, a UTI, if ur sexually active that increases the number of things it could be. from the info u have given we cant tell u what it is. its very little information as those symptoms are very common.
