writes:I'm 14, and i have never really felt gay or questioned my sexuality, but all of a sudden, one night i just started thinking i might be gay. I don't ever walk down the street and look 4 dudes, i always look 4 chicks. I have been real depressed because of this feeling, i can bearly even sleep, and i've cried a lot, cryin makes me feel better. I've been secluded from society for a few months and (please try not 2 laugh, im bein serious) I have watched a lot of porn. I have always dated women and never had any intentions to date men. But im just freakin out, and even when i try saying i might be gay, i just feel worse. Is it depression? Is it a stage in life? Am I just freakin out because I watched alot of porn? Someone help me, i need help! Please. Please Help Me Someone!

What made you suddenly think you were gay?
Perhapse it was simply an admiration for someone of the same sex that doesnt always mean you have sexual feeling for men. forcing yourself to like girls, when you probably already do, is pressuring yourself unnessasarily.
i recomend relaxing and just seeing what you feel as the days come.

As everyone else has said, this is just a phase you're going through - not there's anything to be ashamed if you were in fact gay, but you aren't. Between the ages of 13 -15, the majority of people start to question their sexual orientation. it can be quite a scarey, daunting period, however it's absolutely NORMAL. we've all been there...You're at a place in your life where you've just gone through puberty, your hormones are changing - this is actually the time when you're officially a man! so don't be depressed, celebrate, enjoy and look forward to a lifetime ahead...

Pornogrophy on the internet is about paid performers, practicing unsafe sex and there is never any negotiation going on between the partners, it makes it seem like the world is full of sex crazed people that will have sex with anyone at the first wiff of human skin.
This is a really poor way to get your sex education, and it is enough to turn you off women and sex at some point, it just gets redundant, boring not to mention gross.
It is normal to have raging hormones at your age, and a lot of internal dialogue with yourself about who you are. You are decidedly not gay, so stop telling yourself that, you may think that because you are watching other males have sex when watching porn....just turn it off before you become addicted and you waste your life away locked in your bedroom watching porn. How sad is that?
Stop secluding yourself from the world, go get some fresh air and stop obsessing about sex.....if you need help with depression, please see your doctor and describe how you are feeling so he can help you.

This phrase will probably just pass so stop worrying yourself about it. If it doesn't and you end up turning out to be gay don't worry about it and don't feel ashamed. Just remember that this is normal (questioning your sexuality).

 Poor you, you sound in such a mess. I dont think that you are gay. You dont suddenly think you are gay. If you were gay you would have feelings towards guys. I think you are getting yourself in a state over nothing. As for watching porn what teenager doesnt watch porn? its perfectly normal and healthy and all part of growing up. You will discover your sexuality as you mature and being gay isnt the end of the world but honestly i dont think you are. What did you mean by youve been secluded from society? Why is this?
