bubbloo24 agony aunt I went to the doctor about my circulation, and he said that I should go for a blood test to check for anemia, thyroid problems, and diabetes - but that was just in my case.

The doctor pressed down on my fingers and toes to see how fast the capillaries filled up again ( in other words, go from white from being pressed on, back to pink lol) - they should take up to about 3 seconds to fill up, mine took about 6-7 seconds!

It turned out that blood tests were clear so it's just down to bad circulation - my mum's side of the family all have bad circulation!

You're best off going to your GP and finding out whether there's anything they can help with :)

Don't worry though!! It most likely is just bad circulation.

Take care xx

It will be due to bad circulation, I am cold when it is hot as well - I give blood and they comment that my veins are small!

There is a disease called Raynauds Syndrome (research it on the net), where when your hands heat up they take ages to do so rather than seconds BUT raynauds is painful and your fingers go white and stuff (I did university project on this). Since you are cold all of the time I would say it is only bad circulation as raynauds wouldnt affect you ALL of the time.

If it's more than your hands and feet, go to the doctor and have your thyroid checked. Often people who are cold all the time have problems with their thyroid.

Hey! Don't worry I have the same problem! My hands and feet are constantly cold and I can't seem to get them warm. It also makes me freezing cold...even in the summertime! I had told one of my friends who happens to be a doctor about it and they said it's a disease called Raynaud's Syndrome, you might want to look it up!

Hope I could help!

bubbloo24 agony auntYes, it does sound like Reynards.

It's probably best if you go to your GP and talk to them about it, my friend has it too and they managed to give her something that made it easier to deal with.

Take care xx
