A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I think I might be harassed and bullied at school. There is a group of people that laugh at me, and I don't know why. Its starting to make me wonder. I think its because of the way I look. I can't help myself of the way I look.

There is another person that called me a name, and laughed at me really loud. I can sense that this person is laughing at me. Sometimes I just don't want to go to school, because these people who do those things to me make me feel uncomfortable, and not happy. This has been making me feel depressed. What should I do to stop this?

i know this will sound like an easy thing to say but not such an easy thing to do: ignore them! but if it's getting to a stage that you're wnting to quit school or change your life not to suffer these agressions...tell! tell someone: a teacher, a friend, parents... they'll be able to help you make it stop.

i wasnt really bullied at school but i am a bit of a wierdo and i used to hear lots of unconfortable comments. i guess in the long run it'll make you more confident. once you're out of school.

take care

bqagirl2692 agony auntWell you have to be strong about this. Noone can handle this issue but yourself. Give yourself some confidence and try not to let all the negative comments bring you down. Talk to a close friend. If theres noone that if present, then talk to your school counselor. All i am saying is that let out how you really feel. Dont let it ball up inside of you because that can cause you to be depressed and build up insecurities about yourself. Dont live up to anyone esles standards.Be happy with the way you are and look.

walk around with your head high, get good grades and you'll see who laughs when you comeout shining and with a great salary and job...

YerMum agony auntThe best thing to do is to tell a teacher. No matter how hard it may be, it's the best thing to do. Also keep a diary of what they've done and provide witnesses if they've done something around friends.

It was the same with me not that long ago.
