He could be shy, but i don't think so, because by this stage, he knows how you feel about him, and there should be insecurity.
I think wait for him to make the move. If he doesn't, then through caution to the wind and ask him. The answer should tell you alot and he actions after that talk, should tell you alot.
After the talk, i would expect even a shy man, to try and send texts etc.
Either way, trust that you are a woman to be desired and desirable.
