 Then you don't have much to worry about. If you find out anyone is really upset, then respond appropriately. Otherwise learn and move forward.

Like dirtball said apologize to the people you need to and talk to those how were there. Most often people are too worried about how they acted to care what you did.
It's called post drink blues and most people get it, sometimes I get horribly anxious and depressed even when I did nothing wrong. Alcohol is a depressant, you'll feel better tomorrow.

 It will be forgotten real quick. Just remember to not drink if you can't handle the liquor. And honestly... most teens can't.
So next time you go out, have fun without the booze, laugh at the other dumb drunks.

Too late. You'll look like a tool. The thing is, most people can be pretty forgiving about things that happen when someone is drunk as long as you didn't pick fights, puke on someone, or go around groping all the girls at the party. The best thing you can do is apologize to the people you think you may have pissed off and go on with your life. Use this as a lesson to not drink so much and learn from your mistake. You're young, still lots of time to define who you are as a person.
