 Well just sit him down and tell him that you are not cheating and that its just what female body does. Ask him why is he being so paranoid. And tell him that you are very offended with his accusations. Just get defensive that he wont trust you.

Looks, take it from a man, don't even bother trying to explain it. Just ask him whether he wants the marriage to continue, and whether he will trust you or not.
If a man is closed mined enough to believe that you're cheating because of your state of arousal, then he's just not husband material. You could try explaining this until you're blue in the face, but to me your husband sounds like the kind of guy who's just not all there.
