A female Australia age 36-40, *eccamega writes:

I'm 26 and been with my boyfriend for a year. It's been stressful lately and I got laid off from my job (company downsizing/ folding). I hate not working and get depressed. Ive been sick and my boyfriend took me to the doctor. He told me I'm pregnant. I cried so much. My boyfriend wants to keep it no matter what. We have been talking about getting married long before. I don't know what to do. I feel annoyed- this couldn't have happened at a worse time. I can't tell if I would regret not having children until I'm probably older and it's too late. I feel angry I wanted more time just my boyfriend and I. What to do?

person12345 agony auntI think you should go back to the clinic alone to discuss the possibilities of abortion and adoption free from outside pressures. This is a really big question that we can't answer for you. Only you know how you feel. Not the net, definitely not your boyfriend, you.
