I jus lost a baby recently about a month ago. He was going to b my first son. Well after he died, me n the father of the baby decided to stop talking to each other cuz he still continued to cheat n lie. I tried to get him to come to our baby's funeral but he wouldnt come n it breaks my heart. The last time we talked he said it was my fault our son died. N now he has another girl already pregnant. I dont wanna b angry at him anymore. Im trying anger management, n counseling cuz i dont wanna have hate n my heart. I wanna forgive him but its hard. How do i forgive him? How do i move on emotionally?

A female reader, Emilysanswers United Kingdom +, writes (12 January 2010):

It's something you just have to decide for yourself.

Take a day out somewhere and go somewhere new and far away. Go some where beautiful. Go for a walk.

Spend it by yourself and just let yourself relax.

At some point you just have to take a deep breath and let it go. Let everything go and decide that it doesn't matter any more.

Then go home, and remove all trace of him from your life. Remove him from your phone, get rid of any messages, emails, facebooks anything that shows him to you.

Then just start living.

Good Luck!! xx
