 Just use a little soap and water when you bathe and that is it! As tremor stated it is a self cleaning organ and there is no need to go further than ordinary cleaning. Do not doushe, use special deoderants or anything. And do not fall into the hype that you need to shave to be clean. Shaving is a personal choise that is really about sexual pleasure and not cleanliness.

 The great thing about vaginas, aside from the obvious, is that they are self-cleaning.
You don't need to douche or thoroughly wash it in any way - doing so can mess up the natural balance of things 'down there'.
The most you need do is run water over it when you're in the shower. Don't worry about the rest - it know what it's doing and can take care of itself. =)
