If a guy catches my eye, I sneak a look :-)
If it looks like he is trying to show it off it tight pants he is a creeper.
But if he has loose fitting clothing on and I catch the outline of a nice size one. That hot.
Walking around with a hard one is just creepy!

reader, anonymous, writes (18 February 2011): Don't know about the majority, but if we are talking about more than the obvious... appeal is in the face so much more than the body. Not that the body is a bad thing, but the eyes, the hair, the smile, the confidence... the way he talks, smells, walks, you see? It's not the most immediate, only. It's the combination of traits and qualities, both more and less obvious. I think this varies by woman and by age/ culture and temperament. This is just my 2 cents.

 Kinda hard to see anything, unless you're hard as a rock - in which case people will be looking... but probably because they think you're a little creepy for walking around with a boner.
So yes, I don't think girls check out packages very often - I am much more liable to check out a sweet booty, big shoulders or hot face. Things that are pretty obvious, and easy to check out!

 External visual package view says nothing about a man. most women knows this. The whole appeal of a guy with a big bulge is strong though and something to give the ladies a bit of chitter, But really means nothing as the actual size of the package can only be noted when fully erect.
It's a nice surprise when you ain't got a big bulge in your pants and later when the pants come off it keeps growing and growing, always go down well.
But seriously, women actually check out other women more than they do men, especially if that female see the other females as competition, boobs are ass are noted by females just as much as men do. Watch the eyes and see for your self!

 Actually in my opinion not very often. Cleavage and bootys are very clear and visible to see through clothes but as for a mans package well it can be quite hard to tell under clothes unless he has an erection and yes that will grab peoples attention straight away.
