How much of a chance is there that I'm pregnant?

So I have to ask and be concerned, if your "riding" a guy for under a minute with no condom on and when he takes it out and theres jizz on it... is there a chance I'm pregnant? I'm more worried than hell and I've already talked to my mom about it and she ended up crying herself to sleep tonight. Though I still wonder how big of a chance is it that I'm actually pregnant, me and the guy both knew the risks so we just did it for at least 30 seconds at the most, though he's turning 19 tomorrow and only had sex for the first time a couple days ago, my first time too.

Thank you for the help I was quite scared last night after I told my mom. She tried to understand because she knows what it's like to be a teenager and that hormones can sometimes take over you. Though half the reason was because I was asking him to go get condoms but he didn't have any money and wouldn't quit tempting me by being all "naughty" so of course I couldnt help myself and made a stupid decision. Though I'm luckily still able to visit him and hopefully I can go to his house again tomorrow because I still love him alot and seeing him at school just isn't enough for me. By the way we did get the Plan B and i took that, and we went to the doctor and got "the pill" so I will start taking them to be more safe.

There's always a chance. You must always use protection. A man has 'pre-cum', which leaks out when he's turned on. This has sperm in it. So there is a chance that you might be. If you have done it within the last 72 hours, the morning after pill. If not, then at some point you'll need a pregnancy test.

A minute man is just as fertile as a marathon man! If you just ended or are literally a couple days away from your period, than you are probably fine. Otherwise, you will have to wait until when your period is due to decide if you need to take a test.

Have you heard of plan B? You can buy it at the pharmacy without a perscription. If you get a perscription it will probably be free or really cheap. It keeps a fertilized egg from attaching to the uterine wall. You can take it up to 72 hours later, but the sooner the better! goodluck!

Laura1318 agony auntIt depends on your luck or fate. If you are going to have a baby , you will have one , unless you take the morning after pill within 72 hours.

After that, if conception has taken place, the pill becomes useless.

A reader, anonymous, writes (19 April 2010):

Any type of intercourse had without protection is likely to lead to pregnancy, no matter how long or short it is. If you don’t want to have a baby you should always use protection, preferably the contraceptive pill and a condom. Are you on the pill now? Being sexually active is a big responsibility, especially at your age; it is not something that you can be care free about. I suggest that you get yourself a pregnancy test. You could also get the ‘morning after pill’ up to 72 hours after sex, the quicker you take it the more likely it is to work. This is a lot to deal with by yourself so I hope your mom will be able to support you. In the future please be more careful xx
