writes:hi...this is kind of embarrassing but ill say it anyways. My BF and i were in the back seat the other day and he started fingering me. He can usually get three fingers in but he wanted to try four so he did. The problem is it really hurt and felt like he wasnt in....now i have bruses on the outside of my vagina. I think its becasue he thought he was in but he wasnt...so how long do i have to wait til the bruises go away? And how do i tell him i have bruises there so he cant finger me without making him feel bad??? We have a very open relationship, but i dont want him feeling bad about bruising me...

I really do not know what your boyfriend was thinking of, i think at this point three fingers would have been ample, you really need to talk to him and tell him what damage he has done to you, so that does not happen again.
I think you had better check yourself to make sure the damage is only on the out side, if he has damaged the soft tissue of the vagina inside, then i am afraid you will have to see your GP, to make sure that you do not get an infection.
sorry but you wont like this, the only way i know to relieve your problem is to use a cold compress, which involve you putting ice into a hand towel, and putting it against your skin, because it is a tender area it may sting a bit but will ease any pain and swelling that you have, please do not put it inside, only were the bruises are on the out side.

 just say to him the truth. theres no point iin bein in a relationship if u get embarassed by telling him wat he has di=one like! obviously it wasnt his fault as he didnt know! just make sure you let him know that 4 fingers are too much and you cant relli handle it as u have bruises to prove!!!!!!
