you feel happy always your inner heart should say that he is the one for you and you will think about him always, your heart will long to be with him... its a wonderful feeling but you should fall in love with the right person so you may not feel for choosing this relationship in future so know his positive and negative and start a healthy relationship.

 Ideally what SoVeryConfused said. Love in is essence is pure like that. However we rarely feel only one feeling at a time. We can love a person and still be mad at them, or upset with them, hurt by them, or feel jealous. We might also end up hurting them, even if we love them and only want to do things that makes them happy.
You know you love someone when you feel a deep connection to that person, like they are your family, and they will always be in your life and in your heart no matter if you never see them again. If you love a person then you love them regardless of their relationship with you, if they are with you or not. And true love is something that makes your life richer, not a feeling that deprives you. When you love someone they can't ever be replaced by anyone. You can love many people at the same time, but never will two loves be identical, because the love you feel is just as personal as each individual.

 if they came to you and said "I love someone else and I want to be with her it will make me happy" what would you do?
if you say kill her you don't love him
if you say "i'd help him be with her because it makes him happy" that's love.
love is selfless.
when you love someone you want them happy no matter what.

If you have never been in love you won't understand until you fall in love... it's like describing the color purple to someone who has been in a dark room their whole life... once you see purple, you will understand. Same thing with love.

 It's just a strong feeling that tends to be very confusing. Everyone will have a different feeling but yet they all mean love. I would call it the feeling you have that you can't fully describe, that's when you know that it is special.
