 Hi there,
Speaking as a male, i really fancy this girl i work with, and we flirt all the time. To let her know i fancy her i hold constant eye contact with her. Always find a way to touch her, whether it be tapping her lightly in the arm, or touching her hand when taking something. I want to be near her all the time.
If you are experiencing any of these things i would say this guy fancies you.
