He has looked me up and we are goin on a date. I feel lik the first time I brought him home I was full of confidence because I was drunk in my mind it was a one night stand so i didn't care. Now we're meetin again I'm so nervous he is a really nice guy very sweet so it's nothing he has done!!! I no every one gets nerves before a date but I take it to an extreme, I hate it!!!

Please don't get drunk to find confidence.
If you need relaxation, try natural remedies, like Valerian root or St. John's Wort .

There's a scene where a guy advises Ben Stiller's character to masturbate before the date so he wont be nervous.
....Its worth a try.
Other than that. Set a time you have to be back so the date wont go too long and you can process it. Maybe a short date of an hour or two might be a good idea?
