How do I tell her I think she's "the one"?

Question - (15 June 2010) 1 Answers - (Newest, 16 June 2010)
A male United Kingdom age 30-35, *an-of-questions writes:

I've been dating this girl for around 6 months now, and she's amazing. We're really into each other, and I've never felt so much for any girl in my life. I believe I have finally found the lady I want to take my virginity.

My main concern is how do I bring this up with her? How can we discuss taking it to the next step? She has given me signs that she wants to take it further, but I do not know how to initiate it without it becoming awkward. She is not a virgin, but she is not experienced sexually either. She is not aware that I am a virgin as it has never come up in conversation, but I understand it is important to tell her.

To sum it up, I feel that I've found a girl to finally lose my virginity to, but how do I go about this?

kittykhaos agony auntFirst of all tell her that your a virgin. Second of all tell her that you feel you have finally found the girl who you want to give yourself to that way. If she has anything about her she will be flattered . Next take it slow, it can be just as nerve wracking to be someones first as it can for it to be your first time. Maybe have a couple of drinks ( but dont be drunk). I took my b/fs virginity and i felt honored that he chose me, we didn't really talk about it, it just kind of happened but we had been friends for a very long time before that. Your in a relationship and usually the next step is sex. Make sure your ready with in yourself and just be open with her. Good luck x
