How do I tell everyone how much I love this boy without them making fun of me?

My boyfriend and I are getting on really well and our relationship is a secret. We've now decided to tell everyone about it if they ask- in other words, not to deny it any longer. He says he wants to show me off because I'm so special and beautiful to him, and I want that so badly too. The thing is I'm worried about what my 'friends' will think. I want the whole world to know- just not these people!! I know I sound immature but I could really use some advice... By the way, my 'friends' love taking the mick out of me for anything. I really, really love this boy, and he loves me too...
