How do I lose 30 pounds by March?

Okay this is a REALLY stupid question but i felt like asking it anyways. I met this boy and I like him a lot. of course he has a girl friend. we have a lot in common and im just wondering if he likes me... see stupid huh? well his little brother likes me. anyways he kept talking to me and he always looked at me. every time i looked at him he would turn away. so does he liked me a little bit?

I have two questions....

See the boy is really athletic and so is his gf. well im not. i weigh 149 at 5'2 and im 14. so how can i weigh 120 pounds by march? our class is going to sanfransisco and i want to look good.

thanks and im not trying to steal him away. its just a question.

Maybe try being more active, that may help. He may like you. For now just try to get to know him as a friend if you can.

thats not actually that bad hun. Ur not extremely overweigt. If ur feeling unhealthy then just eat balanced healthy meals. Look up on the internet for a healthy meal plan for teens and the correct portioning. and do a physically strenuous exercise eg running ,dancing for about an hour, 3 times a week. Drink plenty of water and take a multi vitamin thats suitable for your age. Even if u dont lose as much weight as u planned, you'll find that your hair will be glossy , ur finger nails will be strong and healthy, ur skin firm and healthy looking. U'll feel healthy and happier with ur body. Forget ur crush he's taken. Go for a single guy.

MissKin agony auntYou're not actually that much of an unhealthy weight. Eat healthily, do some light exercise and every few days pick it up a bit. Start running, use the wii fit (to start with), or do hoola-hooping? anything to get your body moving. do some mini-sit ups before bed. Ab-crunches. only ten or so a nite. and just be healthier in general. Walk when you can instead of getting a lift from car or bus etc. Don't do anything stupid like starve yourself though. You could also speak to your doctor and ask them to provide a nutrition plan, though you could probably find a basic guideline on the internet (but don't do any dieting. nothing like 'drink some syrup for a month you'll look great' because that is ridiculous for so many different reasons.)

also, make sure you are losing weight for the right reasons. for yourself. not for some guy or anybody else. If you aren't happy with the way you look then lose a bit of weight, but don't lose too much because you aren't really over the weight you should be at alll. you need to tone up rather than slim down i think :)

as for this guy... does it matter if he likes you? he's taken. It doesn't sound like he likes you. so just move on :)
